Product Manager, Jetpack Compose

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 2 years of experience in taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in a business function.
• 3 years of experience in preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
• 2 years of experience in software development or engineering.
• Experience with software development leveraging User interface (UI) frameworks.
• Experience working with developer tools and Kotlin.

In this role, you will be responsible for motivating the development and optimization of Jetpack Compose, with the focus on the development of components that adapt across screen sizes, and increasing Compose adoption for third party apps.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to define, design, and implement critical features and improvements that align with our goal of improving the developer experience on Android.
• Analyze and integrate developer feedback and performance data to inform product direction and feature prioritization. Ensure tools meet and exceed developer needs and expectations.
