The Role:
To help us achieve our long-term vision and growth, we're seeking two mid-senior level Product Managers to join our team.
Our Product Managers are responsible for the full product life cycle from the creation of product strategy, inception, successful commercialization and then product's end-of-life. You will be working with senior stakeholders, defining and executing the product vision and its overall direction.

Your Work at Redgate Software:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Define the long-term product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product life cycle.
- Product Development and Positioning:
- Define product strategy and align it with commercial plans across the organization.
- Collaborate with Chief Product Officer and Group Product Managers to achieve key objectives.
- Strengthen the portfolio by ensuring complementary value across products.
- Work closely with technical leads, designers, and product marketing for successful product positioning, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market plans.
- Support portfolio-level decisions and information flow.

- Identify growth opportunities beyond existing markets.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B software. Candidates with more or less will be considered.
- Proven track record of successful product launches.
- Success in developing and implementing inspiring product strategies and driving product roadmaps.
- Customer and commercially minded, providing the best solutions for our customers.
- Proven track record of successful product launches.
- Leveraging data to drive decision-making.
- Market research and competitive analysis skills.
- Excited by solving complex problems and taking risks.
- Experience working within an agile environment and user-led product development.
- Proven ability to work with senior decision-makers, able to effectively influence.

Tools:
- Like the rest of Redgate, much of our day-to-day collaboration relies on tools like Slack, Zoom, Mural, Office365.
- Product managers also routinely use (among other tools) GitHub, Confluence, UserVoice, Salesforce, PowerBI.
Impact Plan:

Salary:
- £75,000 to £90,000 dependent upon experience
