Job Description

What you will do:

• Own Features and Initiatives: Drive the end-to-end development of features and initiatives within the Properties vertical, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to execute product roadmaps and deliver seamless user experiences.

• Leverage Data for Decisions: Analyze user behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and prioritize impactful initiatives.

• Continuously Improve: Launch, monitor, and optimize features based on user feedback and real-world performance.

• Deliver Value to Users: Solve challenges for property buyers and sellers by building meaningful and high-quality product experiences

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years in product management or related fields, with a strong track record of shipping impactful features.

• Execution Focus: Proven ability to prioritize, manage timelines, and deliver projects successfully.

• Data-Driven Mindset: Proficient in using data and analytics to guide decisions and measure success.

• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• User Empathy: Deep understanding of user needs and the ability to design solutions that resonate with customers.
