We are seeking a Product Manager for Sales Management Systems. This role will directly report to the Sr. Director of Product Management, Partner & Sales Systems and be part of establishing a “software product” organization responsible for:1. Collaborating with Sales and Sales Ops leaders to define the vision for forecasting and sales performance management solutions for Pure Storage
2. Research, ideate and validate solutions in that space.
2. Building the infrastructure to standardize and scale the way we use CRM data for data-driven Forecasting Calls, 1:1s, and Team Meetings globally
3. Defining and prioritize the roadmap and backlog for the development and implementation teamsRole responsibilities include market analysis, technology trends, roadmap, product prioritization and requirements definition. The ability to interact with and influence cross-functional teams comprising Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Engineering as well as executive staff is required.WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead roadmap and execution plan for the forecasting and sales analytics platforms for sales management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, size, and develop a fully automated standardized forecasting process.
- Manage product planning and commit processes integrating feedback from internal stakeholders, customers and market analytics to shape the product roadmap for how we forecast.
- Build the strategy and execute the logistics for providing pipeline visibility and forecast transparency for both CAPEX and OPEX business.
- Work closely with engineering counterparts to prioritize enhancements and shape a compelling services road map focused on sales management outcomes.
- Be a key strategic adviser for the Digital Transformation and Sales/Marketing executive team.REQUIREMENTS:
- 6-8 years of product management experience involving software, services, and subscription consumption models
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Experience managing forecasting systems for software and services a big plus
- A passion for technology and the ability to clearly communicate your vision
- Hybrid-cloud, Go-To-Market, and enterprise storage experience
- Demonstrated track record to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
- Mastery in delivery of compelling presentations to a wide variety of internal and external audiences.
- Independent and creative thinker who had demonstrated the ability to innovate, influence, and execute.
- Must be willing and able to work in an open office, team environment.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Clari preferred

The annual base salary range is: $147,000-$221,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
