As a Product Manager, you will be at the center of the flagship Work 10 product collaborating with internal teams, business partners and customers as we continue to grow the user base gradually across the professional services industries.

iM Responsible For…

• Interviewing and synthesizing features with the user experience team based on jobs to be performed by different personas who need to access content within the iManage products
  • Attending client meetings related to escalations, enhancement requests, and general feedback
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization to inform product decisions and roadmap.
  • Gathering & reviewing requirements for MBIs that are part of the 2024 OKR
  • Attending sprint reviews for core Work 10 products and engaging in discussions to clarify requirements.
  • Working with UX team to design solutions that meet user needs for the identified PKRs
• Prioritizing development with engineering based on market and customer facing commitments
  • Reviewing and engaging with the ideas portal to provide updates, solicit feedback, and capture requirements
• Communicating capabilities and benefits to the broader market or internal stakeholders who will use these features in their respective products
  • Owning client communications and follow-ups related to product issues with internal stakeholders
  • Reviewing and collateralizing for client-facing materials
  • Engaging in internal knowledge sharing meetings for product launches

• The skills to effectively communicate with executives and stakeholders both in writing and in person
• The ability to collaborate, negotiate and work successfully across cross-functional teams
• Experience communicating and forming strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Determination and perseverance to execute complex projects from start to completion
• A desire to learn and adapt to changes in markets and technology platforms
