Product Manager, Workforce Solutions

The Workforce Solutions team identifies, develops and supports holistic tools and solutions that enable workforce efficiency by solving critical business needs at the junction of ops, engineering and human review. We do this through 1. Developing solutions to optimise GO reviewer workforce and enable operations to develop better supply management capabilities.2. Establishing cross-functional partnerships for reliable platforms and scalable solutions.3. Providing best in class support and service to an engaged reviewer and operations community.The successful candidate will join the team as a Product Manager and will work on the Tooling Support pillar, focused on deploying and/or optimising solutions, as well as building an engaged community of product users through providing support and system stability.

Product Manager, Workforce Solutions Responsibilities:

• Partner with a variety of operations and engineering teams to build tooling support for our globally scaled workforce
• Develop and leverage operations expertise in a specific GO lines-of-business to roll-out and support new product tooling solutions
• Design and maintain back-end architecture, structure and configuration - critical for the operational stability of a suite of tooling products we support, including automatic work delivery, reviewer facing tooling and more
• Manage scoping, design and execution of core system configuration pipeline to support changing business priorities, new product launches etc.
• Investigate and resolve user issues and build partnerships, processes and documentation to scale support of growing portfolio of ops tooling products across GO
• Provide guidance, insights and direction to wider Tooling Support team for optimal management of pipeline, configuration quality and overarching business outcomes
• Manage core metric performance to support Tooling Support objectives and goals

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of workforce management and/or complex operations experience
• 3+ years of project or program management experience, ideally large scale system integration in an operations environment
• Strategic thinker with structured problem solving approach and analytical skill-set, leveraging data to inform decision making
• Stakeholder management skills along with experience communicating to various disciplines and levels within an organisation
• "Customer-mindset" with an experience in designing, building and rolling out internal support products, building scalable internal support processes and robust governance models
• Experience operating in ambiguity and a rapidly changing environment while developing unique solutions for complex problems
