Coda is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and strengthen the establishment of the Product Marketing function at Coda. You will be cementing processes and responsibilities for this function at Coda, while overseeing the positioning & messaging, competitive & customer intelligence, sales enablement including creation of pitches & content, and go to market execution of Coda’s B2B solutions. This role reports to the Director of Product Marketing. 


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing materials, insights and strategies to drive B2B solution adoption and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify target customers, understand their needs and pain points, and develop compelling value propositions.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product differentiation and improvement.
  • Influence product roadmap and feature prioritization.
  • Define and articulate the unique value proposition of the product. Develop positioning strategies that differentiate the product from competitors in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, commercialization (sales), and customer success, to ensure alignment and successful go-to-market execution.
  • Ensure alignment of updated messaging in content creation, website updates, email marketing, social media, and other related content and activities.
  • Drive the creation of marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and thought leadership content (in collaboration with comms) specific to partner needs.
  • Work with teammates to track and report on key metrics, including pipeline growth, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, and provide regular updates to the executive team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 
  • At least 3 years of product marketing experience in B2B technology or gaming industry.
  • Proven track record of driving Go to Market efforts successfully launching and marketing B2B solutions, specifically in the game publishing, content or live streaming sectors.
  • In-depth understanding of the gaming industry, including knowledge of game publishers, developers, distribution channels, and emerging trends.
  • Strong interpersonal ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders, including learning from and influencing C-level executives, partners, and customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Data savvy with strong analytical skills and the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed marketing decisions. 
  • Flexibility and adaptability, demonstrating a willingness to experiment and iterate, in making sense of ambiguity. 
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft visual pitches & infographics, and create professional B2B & product content, and skills in leveraging AI tools

This role sits within the Product Marketing organization, and liaise closely with the rest of the marketing organization. Marketing at Coda is accountable for driving business outcomes. B2B Product Marketing acts as the leading point of contact and collaborative counterpart to our product & commercial teams - deeply understanding their ongoing challenges and goals. This enables Coda to better serve our publishing partners and impact new and existing opportunities.
