As the Product Marketing Manager responsible for the Health Professions product lines, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement the marketing strategy, value prop, messaging, persona development, and positioning statements for the portfolio of products and solutions for which you manage. This is a cross-functional role that will work closely with key members in Product, Sales, Program Marketing, Creative Services and MarTech to execute the developed marketing plan to achieve set revenue targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute on a discipline-level marketing plan that aligns to product strategy and sales growth goals.
  • Collaborate with Program Marketing team to develop campaign messaging across mediums (email, social, print, etc) and personas (instructor, student, professional)
  • Closely partner with authors and key associations to leverage subject matter expertise and relationships to further develop content marketing and event participation.
  • Develop print and digital collateral based on frontlist and key backlist products
  • Create and maintain all product and discipline level pages on websites and microsites
  • Collaborate with Product to conduct analysis of competing products to identify our strengths and weaknesses
  • Execute conference and event messaging and strategy

Education & Experience:

  • College degree in marketing, communication, or related field
  • Creative thinker who has their pulse on the latest in B2B marketing
  • Experience in educational content or educational technology a plus

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of the MQL and lead to revenue process
  • Familiarity with the Pragmatic Marketing framework
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across many departments
