This role requires an employee to be onsite on a full time basis

What You'll Do

Product definition:

  • Identify market opportunities, lead the framing of future product and drive decision making
  • Coordinate local team on program deliverables management as well as support gate reviews and decision approvals
  • Facilitate China market input into global product strategy development
  • Work with program team to ensure seamless execution of China import products

Voice of customer:

  • Monitor market dynamics such as consumer trend and competitive activities
  • Ensure market content and feature needs are captured in global programs
  • Support the markets for homologation readiness
  • Form improvement proposals for model year and new generation changes

Product GTM:

  • Lead & finalize the market offer & pricing discussion for import products
  • Develop product book to capture product highlights, competitive landscape, target customer
  • Deliver product introductions to key internal stakeholders
  • Represent TDG in key GTM events as product expert

Additional Description

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

  • Good knowledge in automotive products and business
  • Strong communication and presentation skill
  • Self-started and can drive for results
  • Good business sense, can do balancing between principle and actual business implication
  • Fluent English and Mandarin, both spoken and written
  • 5+ year experience in industrial / automotive field
