Overview

We're looking for a passionate Product Marketer for Jira Atlassian's flagship product and leading project management tool. As an important member of our team, you'll execute go-to-market strategies that support the acquisition of a diverse set of audiences from Marketers, to Developers, to Designers, and more. To achieve this, you'll support the customer journey from awareness to activation delivering everything from messaging and positioning, to integrated marketing campaigns, product adoption content, and more. You're deeply creative, an excellent storyteller, and consider writing your superpower.

In this role, you will:

  • Become a market, product, and customer expert. You'll deeply understand the needs and pain points of our audiences and use those insights to deliver breakthrough messaging and positioning for Jira
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and campaigns that improve the awareness, consideration, and adoption of Jira
  • Create compelling and creative marketing collateral, including digital and OOH ads, videos, blog posts, webinars, and more, to support customer acquisition and engagement efforts
  • Analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to inform ongoing marketing strategies.

Your background:

  • 3+ years of product marketing, brand marketing, or content marketing experience
  • Writing is your superpower. You're an excellent copywriter and storyteller. You enjoy creating compelling content for a diverse set of influencer and executive personas
  • You have experience delivering campaigns and content that move the needle and turn heads in the market
  • You love spending time with customers and understanding their motivations and pain-points
  • You're a passionate product marketer, with a no-B.S. attitude, who likes to make data-informed decisions
  • You're able to spot opportunities to improve, and have experience translating customer needs and market demand into content that helps improve consideration and adoption

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable and explainable compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $129,600 - $172,800

Zone B: $116,600 - $155,500

Zone C: $107,600 - $143,400

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
