The Role:
The Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for equipping our sales team with the knowledge, skills, tools, and resources needed to be effective in selling our advertising technology solutions. This role will work closely with the Product Marketing and Sales teams to create and deliver training, collateral, and tools that enhance the sales process and drive revenue. This role will assist with both sides of our marketplace - advertisers and publishers.
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with the marketing team to create sales collateral including pitch decks, case studies, product one-pagers, and FAQs that effectively communicate our value proposition
- Coordinate the communication between the sales and marketing teams, ensuring that sales teams are updated with the latest marketing campaigns, product updates, and relevant industry news and insights
- Assist in analyzing the effectiveness of sales enablement efforts and make recommendations for improvement based on data and feedback
- Collaborate and assist other departments, including product, business development, and client services, to identify opportunities to better equip and support sales functions within the organization.
- Assist the Director of Product Marketing in condensing complicated technology and solutions into digestible, simplified concepts to support go-to-market and product-release strategies.
- Research and keep informed of the adtech space to understand strategic priorities, key clients and verticals, and our audience to be able to effectively maximize results.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in marketing
- Previous experience in ad tech, media agencies, or B2B marketing teams is a plus
- Experience in using PowerPoint/ Google Slides is required
- Some understanding of the sales process in SaaS or B2B
- Some experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot)
- Highly motivated and proactive
- Attention to detail, highly organized, and ability to prioritize tasks
It would be nice if you had:
- Experience with developing sales collateral and/or sales enablement
*Compensation Range: $60,000 - $75,000

*This range represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of adMarketplace in the New York office. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
