YOU ARE:Ā

YOU HAVE:Ā Ā
- Front office stakeholder relationship management experience
- Experience delivering in an agile environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with QA/Business Acceptance Testing
- Experience working on Exchange build
- Strong knowledge of Options and Futures
- Scrum master and PM skills are a plus!
YOU WILL:Ā
- Manage the product backlog
- Help stakeholders in making their vision for the product materialize, especially in the early stages of each delivery phase
- Convey that vision to the team and define clear milestones for alignment purposes, so they can make holistic design decisions that will support the delivery
- Create & maintain a backlog of deliverable stories for the team
- Be the key driver in requirements discovery, story writing, refinement, and effort estimation
- Be the stakeholdersā proxy in the team, able to make quick, firm decisions when it comes to scope, requirements and prioritization/triage
- Involve team members when their perspective can bring value, including times when it can support scope and priority decisions
- Follow up during the implementation and testing phases to ensure delivery satisfies the requirements
- Drive the backlog review and estimation process and take part in planning activities
- Capture non-functional requirements and keep supportability in mind
- Define acceptance criteria and tests up front as part of a Business-Driven Development approach
- Use your personal experience with Agile delivery to take advantage of its strengths and mitigate its potential risks
- Understand various software concepts to discuss problems and orchestrate strategy with various talents in the team (including but not limited to: real-time programming, high availability, TDD, BDD, UX design, DevOps concernsā¦)
- Work with distributed teams

- Medical from the 1st of month following your start date (i.e. if you join on the 24th of July, it starts on the 1st of August). We have 6 Aetna plans to choose from as provided by our PEO, Justworks. We make a flat monthly contribution to your healthcare costs

THE PROCESS
Long interview processes are stressful and boring, and that is not us š
We want to make sure that everything runs smoothly.
So here you will have three stage interviews:
1- A chat with one of our great recruiters
2- A zoom chat with one of BA colleagues where they will ask you detailed questions about your experience
3- A Face to Face interview (via Zoom)
But donāt worry; everything will be explained to you step by step by your recruiter.Ā
