Product Owner II

As a Product Owner II, you will be the driving force of product execution. The ideal candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders and technology teams to deliver products that solve customer problems. The Product Owner will be working daily with our technology and engineering and product management teams within an Agile environment to solve key customer problems. What you'll do

• Review and apply key learnings about your customers from qualitative and quantitative customer/market analysis.
• Collaborate with development scrum teams, technology services partners, and lines of business to ensure enough elaboration and understanding of business requirements and expectations, as well as quality and timely delivery.
• Within an agile delivery environment, engage and work closely with Product Managers and key business stakeholders to understand business requirements and decompose them into user stories.
• Prioritize and maintain product backlog, working in collaboration with line of business partners and scrum team, ensuring features, stories and tasks are well understood by all sides.
• Actively engage in scrum events at team level and above - stand-up, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos etc.
• Understands the product roadmap and customer problems AvidXchange is trying to solve.

What we're looking for

• Equivalent experience or minimum of 3 or more years prior relevant experience within product management, agile frameworks, and technology project management
• Must be intellectually curious and able to analyze and synthesize data across multiple sources
• Detail-oriented with the ability to conduct deep analysis to build business cases and make data-driven decisions about priority and business value
• Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior managers.
• Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment; must be able to leverage cross-functional teams to deliver results to meet specific deadlines and shift focus with changing priorities.
• Ability and desire to think creatively to deliver business results.
