Job Description

• Provide strategic guidance to Solution Specialists and Teams on everything related to the allocated stream or pillar (Super/Fund/Tech)
• Be the subject matter expert on GROW’s products, understanding their features, capabilities, and benefits inside and out
• Demonstrate excellence in how to communicate, plan and execute on work across the allocated stream
• Design and plan the approach to validate understanding of any applicable problems and analysis
• Conduct impact assessments on how P&T, Admin and Operations decisions affect other parties
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products to provide insights and recommendations for product improvement.
