Freelance Graphic/Production Designer (On-Site, Beauty/Retail) Location:El Segundo, California (In-Office 3 Days/Week) Duration:3+ Months We’re looking for aGraphic/Production Designerto join our creative team on a freelance basis. This role isproduction-heavyand focuses on executing clean, brand-aligned design assets acrossPOS, print, and digital platforms—with a strong emphasis onbeauty and cosmetics. Candidatesmust demonstrate experience working in the beauty or cosmetics space, with portfolios that reflect a strong understanding of category aesthetics, packaging, and in-store presentation. Familiarity withmakeup and skincare brand standardsis essential—this is not a generalist design role. We're looking for someone who understands the nuances ofbeauty branding, tone, and visual merchandising. RequirementsKey Responsibilities: • Production-Heavy Design Work:Execute standard production tasks with precision and efficiency across multiple channels • Platform Versatility:Design forpoint-of-sale displays, print collateral, and digital assets, adapting layouts to each format • Beauty-Focused Creative:Support visual storytelling formakeup and skincare brands, ensuring a modern, clean, and premium look • Brand Consistency:Maintain visual cohesion by working within established brand guidelines and systems What We’re Looking For: • Beauty Industry Experience:Portfolio showcasing relevant work in makeup and skincare is strongly preferred • Excellent Attention to Detail:A sharp eye for layout, typography, and color to maintain high-quality output • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud:Especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop • Strong Production Skills:Confident in prepping files for print and digital release, and comfortable working within tight deadlines • Collaborative Mindset:Able to work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-output environment This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in thebeauty/retail space, working with a supportive and forward-thinking creative team.
