Production Operator

Production Operator Interested in getting in at the ground floor of a new, disruptive company attacking an important multi-billion-dollar problem? Businesses and consumers continue to demand increasing data services at an exponential rate - streaming, deep learning, analytics, loT connectivity, and more. What this means is higher performing CPUs, components, servers, and ultimately Data and Edge computing centers, all generating excessive heat that is increasingly difficult to manage with traditional cooling systems. Accelsius is developing revolutionary direct-to-chip, 2-Phase cooling technologies that empower and enable Server OEMs, Data Centers, Edge Computing Operators, and 5G Edge deployments to meet performance, sustainability, scale, and cost goals while serving this high-growth market for data services. Accelsius is looking for Operators/Assemblers to support manufacturing, assembly, and associated quality testing activities. This position will report directly to the Operations Engineering Director. Role Responsibilities: • The role may include assembly or inventory management, flexibility is required for this role • Can include - assembling components accurately according to specifications, blueprints, or work orders • Can include- shipping, receiving, and inventory management • Can include - inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications • Must follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines and maintain a positive work environment • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas Qualifications for this role include: • High school diploma or equivalent • 3-5 yrs experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related field preferred • Mechanical or simple machine repair abilities and/or aptitude is a plus • CNC machining experience is a plus • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in workmanship • Ability to effectively and safely use hand and power tools • Excellent verbal communication and teamwork skills • Willing to learn and adapt to new assembly techniques and processes • Startup experience is a plus Accelsius offers a competitive salary with equity, a full range of benefits including medical and dental, 401K, and unlimited PTO.
