Job Description

You will maintain production schedules according to customer needs, maximizing effectiveness and throughput in all aspects of the production process.

What will you do?

  • Develop and implement daily and weekly production schedules and targets
    • Balance existing labor and machine capacity to maximize efficiency and production throughput
    • Examine all aspects of the scheduling process, including historical data, to improve production processes wherever possible
    • Report to the leadership team regarding existing orders, challenges, and production forecasting
    • Balance incoming sales orders with existing capacity and backlog
    • Distribute upcoming schedules to team leads and supervisors and coordinate with our leadership team to ensure ideal staffing levels and coverage

What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, manufacturing, administration, or relevant field
    • 2+ years in production scheduling
    • Strong organizational acumen and problem-solving ability
    • Proficiency with standard scheduling software and ERP systems
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Mainly Excel)
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
