Job Description:

  • Learn and promote company products and services
  • Help existing customers with their annual subscription renewals
  • Offer new or additional products to existing customers
  • Identify new prospects that generate new income
  • Overcome technical and business objections of current and prospective customers
  • Documenting client and prospective client needs, level of engagement, and applicable sales intel
  • Provide exceptional service to both customers and prospect
Job Qualifications:
  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Chrome, Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Able ask questions and quickly identify solutions for the potential client
  • Comfortable with making cold calls to prospective clients
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Coachable and able to implement changes based on constructive criticism
  • Works well in a team environment as well as independently
  • Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Suite
