The User Research Intern Role

As a User Research Intern, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer interactions with Qlik's self-service platform. Your insights will help optimize the platform's usability, ensuring a seamless experience. You will collaborate closely with the UX/UI Intern to collect user feedback, conduct research, and provide actionable recommendations for design improvements.

This position is ideal for students with a background in User Research, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

We’re looking for a teammate with:

• Currently pursuing a degree in User Research, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Experience conducting user research and analyzing usability data.
• Familiarity with research methods such as surveys, interviews, and A/B testing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for improving the customer experience through research-driven insights.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $18.00 MIN – 22.00 MAX. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
