Role Purpose:

• Own and manage multiple Abound Programs to deliver desired business and customer value

Role Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating, owning and managing overarching multi-year program plans to support launching of Abound Products and Solutions at a global scale.
• Accountable for balancing scope, schedule and resources as well as following Carrier's program management practices and disciplines such as Passport, ASG etc.
• Oversee and enforce adequate change management principles and processes for customer/stakeholder facing product and solution launches.
• Establish business agility through agile methodologies applied to technology delivery teams.
• Monitor, and be accountable for, key success metrics for execution of digital products, on time delivery, on budget, agile metrics like release burndown, velocity etc.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate degree with 3+ years of program management, project management, or scrum master experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Detail oriented and highly organized with ability to drive accountability and progress.
• Experience in leading with influence and building strong relationships.
• Sound judgement and decision making skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Team Player: Ability to motivate and work well within a matrix, diverse, global and cross-functional team environment
• PMP/Scrum Certification would be a plus
• Requires advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience
• Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
