We are looking for a confident and talented Program Manager who is not afraid of taking on tasks with a HUMAN, BOLD, INVESTED attitude! As a Program Manager, you will oversee all aspects of client project execution, including client contact for specific project responsibilities, leading and/or assisting with study design and implementation, ensuring the ongoing program is operating according to plan, managing new client ad-hoc requests and changes, and coordinating with other internal departments for delivery.

You will be working closely with the Customer Success team to deliver high-quality solutions to internal and external stakeholders. WHO YOU ARE

A successful Program Manager must have strong attention to detail, are able to multitask effectively, and are a clear communicator. This position is a good fit for individuals who:

  • 3+ years experience in various aspects of client project/program management, including governance, process improvement, and best practices
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) or higher preferred
  • Strong program and project management methodology background, including schedule, scope, issue and risk management experience
  • Prior work experience in customer experience, market research, or process management
  • Communicates, if not over-communicates, effectively and effortlessly with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to grasp new technology platforms and quickly understand how to use and manipulate new technology
  • Aptitude to resolve complex and diverse issues, and meet deadlines
  • Strong logic, quantitative, and analytical skills
  • Willingness to learn and not be afraid of change
  • Love working in a collaborative, high-tech, fast-paced environment and
  • Focus on listening and understanding customer needs
  • Desire to build and maintain good relationships with internal/external partners
  • Willingness to take ownership and be accountable for responsibilities
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Gmail, sheets, slides, forms, etc)
  • Inspirational team player, colleague, and culture champion within InMoment


WHAT YOU'LL DO

A Program Manager will oversee the operational aspects for sold client programs including but not limited to:

  • Client Management (develop communication plans, meeting agendas, timelines and status updates on new and ongoing initiatives)
  • Coordination of internal team efforts
  • Change management
  • Ensure SLAs are being met
  • Troubleshoot issues as they occur
  • Develop and maintain program documentation
  • Onboarding of new team members
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Monitor project budget
  • Resource forecasting and planning
  • Finance planning & invoicing
  • Successful delivery of multiple projects over a sustained period of time
