Program Manager, Investment Porgrams

The Job/What You'll Do:

You are experienced in planning, implementing, and managing concurrent strategic projects and processes across functional teams. You can lead the implementation and ongoing processes that support a variety of programs that impact revenues and client experiences. You communicate clearly, can articulate a vision, and manage projects and expectations in line with realistic yet aggressive goals. You foster strong relationships based on trust and action and you partner with others to effect desired outcomes. You have a critical eye for detail and can identify risks and potential areas for improvement. You act swiftly and thoughtfully. You ask questions and use facts, data, and evidence to formulate solutions.

This is a full-time role in Adhesion's Charlotte, NC office.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development, implementation, and administration of programs for the Investment Programs Group
• Manage programs once in steady - state to achieve stated program goals and KPIs
• Identify stakeholder requirements and dependencies across functional groups with intent to understand and fulfill requirements in support of programs. For example, identify and provide financial information to finance teams in a timely manner and with desired format
• Support Head of Investment Programs in discovery, definition, and documentation of program requirements, program model for development of new programs
• Administer new manager and product review committee and processes to add new investment product to the Adhesion platform
• Administer annual due - diligence requirements for managed products. Identify technology in support of efficient ongoing evaluation of investment managers represented on the Adhesion platform
• Provide overview of and detailed descriptions of manager programs and investment programs to external counterparts and contributors to the programs
• Day One: assume responsibility for organization and implementation of the programs directly related to the investment management firms represented on the Adhesion platform

Education & Experience:

• A bachelor's degree in business or related field
• 5 to 10 years' experience in program / project management
• Project management experience and designations; experience leading projects and administration of the resultant programs
• Experience with due diligence processes and review, especially with third - party applications that support the administration of due diligence materials, including assessment and archival
• Experience in financial services, direct experience working with or for an investment manager a plus
• Experience managing across matrixed organization and ability to implement initiatives and win support of colleagues
