Your role
In the role of a Program Manager , you will anchor the engagement as overall program manager interfacing with CXO level stakeholders, making sure the program runs as per schedule and budget

Responsibilities

• Overall accountability for Infosys responsibilities, deliverables, and resources.
• Program strategic direction and decisions
• Relationship management with key stakeholders
• Monitors budgets, KPIs, dashboards and takes action to address issues.
• Participate as a key stakeholder with the client program managers and directors in finalizing the plan and execution approach
• Manage Program Execution and master project plan
• Manage overall project schedules and dependencies with other project tracks
• Consolidate reports, and communicate the Project Status to Steering Committee regularly
• Manage Program Risks/ Issues and External Risks
• Drive program execution from Infosys side and work closely with Infosys internal teams to ensure delivery quality and schedule adherence
• Monitoring projects and overseeing project managers to ensure goals are met.
• Meeting with stakeholders to discuss program strategic objectives, overall program status and goals.
• Carry out reporting to Client Project Management on a regular basis

Required
All the above are required
Min 20 years experience

Preferred
In depth expertise of program managing minimum 2 large end to end Oracle ERP cloud engagements in the MENA region
