Program Manager, Product Operations, Privacy, Safety, and Security

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 4 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
  
• Experience working with and analyzing data.

Our roles often include components of strategy (e.g. analyzing and understanding new trends in the industry, building business plans), operations (e.g. running the cadence of organizations, connecting the operating lines between our functions), and communications. Our team partners with senior leadership to run important functions that cross-cut our existing organizations and deliver high impact projects. Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of vendor relationships, including access control, onboarding, agreementmanagement, and financial management.
• Coordinate with full-time employees on escalations, resourcing, vendor portfolio management, project allocation, and onboarding of new projects.
• Manage operational expenditure (OpEx) budget for vendor spend, including tracking and reporting on Temporary Variable Costs spend and utilization, and ensuring accurate project code allocation as well as its related metrics.
• Lead initiatives, such as Return of Investment analysis and execution, in partnership with vendors.
• Analyze workforce data, identify trends, and develop data driven solutions to enhance processes and support decision making. This includes automating and streamlining workflows, managing data hygiene, and developing reporting tools.
