Help make a difference protecting state-of-the-art capabilities. As a Program Security Officer supporting the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Strategic Capabilities Office (OSD/SCO), you will assist multiple program technical teams with the development and implementation of a comprehensive program protection strategy, encompassing the programs entire life cycle from initiation to closeout/transition. Program Security Officers provide day-to-day security support for Unclassified, Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) programs; Comprehensive physical, technical, operational and IT/IA program security support for multi-security level programs to government and industry personnel; Assist program technical teams understand and implement security initiatives; and Develop risk management methodologies.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with Multi-Security Level Programs, Program Protection, OPSEC, Security Best Practices, DD Form 254s, ICDs, DoD Manuals/Instructions/Directives.
Position Requirements
Security Clearance:

In scope Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility.

Eligible for access to Special Access Programs.

Consent to a Counterintelligence polygraph.
