Programmatic Marketing Specialist

Due to an internal movement we have an exciting opportunity for a Programmatic Marketing Specialist to join our Programmatic team.

In this role you will support the Programmatic Manager to deliver best in class campaign implementation, optimisation and reporting of programmatic campaigns. Campaign set-up will span mobile, display, video, native, rich media, DOOH and other emerging media using tools such as TTD, Amazon Ads and DV360.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign execution of programmatic and managed service media buys across various platforms for performance, mobile, high impact, gaming and video activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build audience frameworks, strategies and creative testing plans
  • Monitor, analyse and report on the effectiveness of programmatic campaigns 
  • Deliver insightful campaign performance reports and present across your campaigns with a clear POV on performance
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team including Acquisitions, Retention, Creative, Martech and Marketing Insights to develop integrated strategies and better understanding of the customer journey

What you will bring to the role:

  • 2 years+ experience within the programmatic industry, specifically in a trading/campaign management role
  • Demonstrated digital media experience in the ad tech industry, ad serving and ad management technologies
  • Strong troubleshooting ability, clear approach to problem solving
  • Working knowledge of Mobile Performance platforms: Liftoff, AdAction, Admob Ironsource/Unity and more
  • Working knowledge of DSP platforms: TTD, Amazon, DV360, Adobe, Xandr, Mediamath and more
  • Good understanding of Adserving & MMP tools: CM360, Flashtalking, Appsflyer, Firebase, AdForm and more
  • Good understanding of Analytical tools: AAS, GA4, Adobe analytics, DoubleVerify, IAS and more
  • Good understanding of CDPs & DMPs
  • Advance experience with Microsoft Office - particularly PowerPoint & Excel
