Application Engineer for Building technologies

What will be your responsibility?

* As an application engineer, you will maintain, install, configure, and commission our full suite of products, primarily our EcoStruxure solutions for building management systems

* You will provide design technical documents (System architecture, Panel drawings, BOQ, ...) and technical assistance to our team.

* Working at multiple client sites (Data Centers, Digital Buildings, ...), you will become part of a team that provides outstanding service and support to our clients.

* This position is for an motivated engineer, willing to learn about Data Centers and building automation systems.

This is a customer facing position, working on customer site during all commissioning phases - Travelling up to 70% of time away from home location.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

* Min. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial automation, Mechatronics, or relevant practical experience

Good overview of electrical schemes and components

* Slovak Electrical notice certification 21 is a big advantage

* Knowledge of industrial protocols and communication standards (OPC, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, etc.).

* Team player with good communication skills

* Very detail-oriented during projects commissioning or troubleshooting situations.

* Fluent Slovak language, advanced English is a must

* Personal flexibility and willingness to travel about 70% of your working time, mainly abroad
