What You Will Do

As our Project Coordinator you'll be at the heart of it all, supporting consultants, project managers, customers, and third-party vendors. Your responsibilities include streamlining project setup and maintenance, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Plus, you'll partner closely with the Resource Manager to lead the assignment of resources for on-demand customer requests, ensuring smooth operations. You're tech-savvy and keep our internal communication tools like Google Sites and Google Drive in top shape. When customer needs go beyond the scope of Professional Services, your cross-functional collaboration will shine.

• Assists internal and external resources in the coordination and maintenance of projects; which includes supporting consultants, project managers, customers, and third-party vendors
• Responsible for the administration of project setup and maintenance
• Partners with the Resource Manager on assignment of resources to on-demand customer requests
• Assists in maintaining internal communication tools, such as Google Sites and Google Drive
• Collaborates cross-functionally when customers' needs fall outside of Professional Services

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• Degree or Certification in Business or Information Technology, or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years direct work experience in a project coordinator capacity
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to create lasting relationships with partners, customers and internal stakeholders
• Fundamental knowledge of project management principles
• Experience using ERP Software and Salesforce.com (NetSuite knowledge is a plus)
• Experience using G-Suite (Google business applications) is a plus
• Team player who can work cross-functionally to achieve results
• Superior organizational skills to ensure no key documents or requests are overlooked
