Job Title: Finance Project Coordinator
Location:ย Bangalore (Hybrid Mode)

Job Description:
Resillion is seeking a meticulous and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating invoices, project administration, handling employee timesheets, and monitoring timesheet accuracy. Experience with ERP implementation (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or Sage) and order-to-cash processes is essential. This role also requires familiarity with internal controls over financial systems and experience working within the UK and Europe regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Administer projects, ensuring all financial aspects are correctly managed.
- Handle employee timesheets, assisting and ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Monitor the accuracy of employee timesheets, addressing any discrepancies.
- Set up and manage projects on Unit-4, ensuring all details are accurately entered and maintained.
- Participate in ERP implementation projects (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or Sage), contributing to system setup and optimization.
- Manage the order-to-cash process, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
- Maintain internal controls over financial systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Provide support and training to employees on financial processes and systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in creating invoices and project administration.
- Experience working within the UK and Europe regions.
- Strong skills in handling and monitoring employee timesheets.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or Sage) implementation and management.
- Solid understanding of order-to-cash processes.
- Experience with maintaining internal controls over financial systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
