We are looking for a collaborative Project Engineer to join the team in our Melbourne office!

This rare Project Engineer opportunity will allow you to play a crucial role in ensuring successful project outcomes and upholding high-quality standards for our customers.

Projects range from small to medium electrical distribution packages including:

• Medium Voltage, Low Voltage, Power Solutions, and Renewables

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with project stakeholders to deliver designs that meet client expectations effectively
• Designing secondary systems for Medium Voltage and Low Voltage Switchgear
• Integrating primary systems inside Outdoor Enclosures and Switchrooms
• Completing designs for small to medium-complexity projects, ensuring successful outcomes for clients and the company
• Creating cable schedules
• Following our customer project process to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Providing technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle
• Identifying and managing technical risks and reporting as necessary

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience in a similar Project Engineer role
• Proficiency in IEC & AC standards (e.g., AS2067, AS3000, AS61869.2, AS61869.3, etc.)
• Experience in delivering quality outcomes to customers and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Desire to work for a values-based organisation with cutting-edge solutions
• Focused, collaborative, and a deep passion for creating solutions
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for technology, along with experience in the energy management industry
