What you'll do:

A. Manage & control projects to meet the contract requirements and ensure cost control to meet project budget
B. Collaborate with Eaton Service Engineers and manage sub-contractors in resource deployment according to project implementation plan

C. Provide accurate and timely sales forecast and issuance of invoice per contract milestone/progressive claims
D. Manage multiple projects implementation and delivery according to each project requirements
E. Schedule and attend project meeting/discussions per project requirements
F. Maintain upto date project integrated costing sheet and traceable tracking record to account for project expenses.
G. Attendance of project meetings (technical, coordination etc) at site
H. Manage / support contract administration works (ordering, billing milestone, shop drawings & O&M submission)
I. Work with Customer Service / Supply Chain Management (SCM) team on parts ordering and lead time to meet project requirements
J. Manage sub-contractor work schedule, resource deployment and quality of work.
K. Manage customers requests during product FAT / SAT and support Service team on result obtained and report compilation
L. Be committed & responsible for Quality Management System (QMS) / Environment Health & Safety (EHS):
a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS / EHS
c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS / EHS requirements
d. Ensuring the QMS / EHS meets its goals
e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS /EHS
f. Create a culture of continuous improvement"

Qualifications:

Degree / Diploma or equivalent in Engineering discipline
It will be a plus if you have PMP - Project Management Professional Cert
At least 2 years of project management experience

Skills:

Auto-CAD skill
Good communication skill
