You will make an impact:
As the Project Leader, Continuous Improvement (CI), you will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives. You will support further development of CI culture and the delivery of business process transformation. Your primary goal is to lead process improvements that simplify the way we work, minimize errors, and improve Quality. You will work collaboratively but remain operationally independent from all functional teams within the company.

Your day to day:
- Support improvement activities across the business through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking
- Work with key business stakeholders and support ongoing continuous improvements
- Support LEAN/process improvement-based workshops to drive ideas and solutions
- Support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working
- Assist in the development and implementation of a 'best-in-class' continuous improvement strategy
- Support change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via internal governance and controls
- Elicit requirements and drive process change using staff interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, and business process descriptions
- Work with other team members and business services departments to devise new Quality Management System (QMS) documentation based on the revised processes, to include training, reporting and systems enhancements
- Actively monitor project risks to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address in advance
- Assist with identification of, and evaluation of, manager and employee training/certifications related to Quality and Continuous Improvement

Qualifications:
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent
- Experience leading improvement projects across multiple functions
- Software/technology development organization experience
- Experience working with Professional Services organizations
- ITIL, CMM/CMMI, or equivalent experience is a plus
- Process automation (i.e., RPA) experience is a plus
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize competing priorities and adapt to changing demands
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate compliance with operational process standards
- Highly detail oriented and self-motivated
