About the Job 

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Project management Analyst to join the Enterprise Technology Central PMO Team and contribute to our growing portfolio of projects. Reporting directly to the Central PMO Lead, the Project Management Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Central PMO Lead in the day-to-day operations of the Central PMO and monitoring adherence to portfolio and project management standards.

Portfolio Financial Management

• Manage SOW Tracking sheet
• Enter contracts in the Contract Lifecyle Management Tool
• Enter Goods Receipts (GR)
• Create Purchase Orders (PO)
• Manage PO Exceptions in Tradeshift
• Monitor that Project Managers are creating Good Receipts per Financial Calendar
• Monthly Financial Reporting against FCST and Actuals in SAP

Resource Management

• Collaborate with resource and project managers to allocate resources to projects for time entry in Service Now
• Contribute to the PMO Resource Management by onboarding and training new Project Managers and PMO staff in collaboration with the Central PMO Lead

About You 

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in project management or a similar role within IT
• Familiarity with PMI Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBoK) and other project management methodologies.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Service Now, Confluence, SharePoint, and Jira a plus
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $XXX-$XXX. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
