Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a 12 month internship as a Project Management Intern in Tlaxcala plant

Mission:

• We are looking for a Project management Intern who wants to develop a strong and solid career on procurement and project management. The selected intern could develop with us his/her career and become a project specialist / manager.

What do you get to do in this position?

As a Project management Intern , you will be supporting key project management practices and tools, helping on the evolution of key ideas, supporting the most important recovery and growth projects within North America sites. Also, gets a wide range of experience working on several products and business units as the scope they manage is all North America's business.

Essential Functions

• • Support on achieving KPIs for plastics NAM Recovery/Growth program
• • Active participation on estimation of benefits (savings), costs (project expenses).
• • Active support on key project management activities.
• • Work together with staff team to support Digital PMO evolution. Will learn and support out Agile framework by learning Jira software planification.
• • Participate on workshops within North America's facilities.

Qualifications

This job might be for you if:

• Active bachelor students from 6th semester (Date of graduation Jan 2026)
• At least 1 year to finish its bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Data analytics Career or related.
• Our Intern must be a great communicator. He/she need to be proactive, exhibit strong leadership, be a self-driven person, and be able to adapt to a dynamic and potentially geographically disbursed project environment.
• Advanced English - business proficient (written and oral)
• Office - Excel proficient
• Able to achieve results via Influence and great communications skills
• Analytical skills
