Job Responsibilities:

• Customer account P&L management with the purpose of maximizing DSI's revenue growth, retention and profitability.
• Direct management of DSI's customer facing project management and service delivery staff inclusive of personnel evaluation, hire-fire recommendation and career growth.
• Collaborating with Business Development to formulate and execute strategies for organic growth and new business acquisition.
• Develop and maintain strong senior DSI executive ties with all customers and the direct oversight and participation in all aspects of the DSI service delivery and customer project management.
• Collaborating with DSI's PMO to insure transparency and cohesion with DSI's Business Development, HR, Contracts and Finance areas.
• Increasing organizational performance by enhancing business operations systems, organizational procedures, flow of information internally and externally, management strategy/planning and business processes.
• Manages the overall program including planning, execution, and reporting of all activities to ensure the Government's requirements are met, delivered on schedule, and performed within budget.
• Oversees personnel management, organizational management, risk management, cost control, and quality assurance of the program.
• Leads projects that involve the successful management of teams composed of data processing and other information management professionals who have been involved in analysis, design, integration, testing, documenting, converting, extending, and implementing automated information and/or telecommunications systems.
• Performs day-to-day management of overall contract support operations, possibly involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations.
• Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all contract support activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills

Required Experience:

• Must hold Active TS/SCI with Polygraph ONLY, all others need not apply
• Must have a Project Management certification (Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other equivalent/recognized Project Management certification); or a Program Management certification (Program Management Professional (PgMP)).
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related subject.
• Ten (10) years of experience in Government/Federal acquisition life cycle management
• Have 5 years' experience in program management; and 10 years' leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields; have experience with the software development process and its milestones; have experience in analyzing a variety of source documentation and supporting the creation of acquisition documentation.
