Project Manager - Healthcare Construction

• Managethe planning and execution of ground-up construction and renovation projects. • Coordinatewith architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment on project specifications and timelines. • Driveproject schedules and budgets, monitoring progress to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. • Ensurecompliance with quality and safety standards throughout all phases of the project. • Communicateeffectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise. • Evaluateproject performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions as needed. • Prepareand maintain project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and change orders. • Leadproject teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
