You’ll guide crews, coordinate materials, and communicate clearly with clients. You’ll represent Hercules on every job site — making sure the work gets done right, on time, and with respect.This might be the perfect fit if you:
• Have worked in foundation repair, construction, or home services (not retail or office)
• Know how to run a job, lead a crew, and handle pressure without breaking down
• Can face a frustrated homeowner and earn their trust through calm, clear communication
• Speak Spanish (big plus)
• Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Are comfortable with mobile tech and CRMs — or willing to learn
What you’ll do:
• Lead the delivery of 3–4 jobs per week from start to finish
• Coordinate crews, materials, subs, and schedules
• Keep the job sheet updated and the office informed
• Communicate proactively with clients to set and align expectations
• Handle complaints before they escalate — and turn issues into trust
• Collect payment and ensure project completion
• Collaborate with marketing to capture video testimonials and transformations
• Identify opportunities for referrals, upsells, or partner work
• Be the test pilot for new communication systems and future supervisor training

Job Title:Project Supervisor / Customer ChampionReports To:Operations Manager or OwnerJob Summary:The Project Supervisor / Customer Champion is responsible for overseeing 3–4 active foundation repair jobs weekly. This role ensures that all project operations are executed efficiently, safely, and with high client satisfaction. This individual serves as the liaison between the client, crew, subcontractors, and office staff — maintaining job progress, communication flow, and project documentation.Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day operations of multiple jobsites
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and subcontractors
• Communicate proactively with clients, aligning expectations and resolving issues
• Ensure crews are on time, well-informed, and equipped for success
• Maintain accurate job documentation in CRM and related systems
• Capture client testimonials, photos, and videos in collaboration with marketing
• Identify additional service opportunities and referral potential during projects
• Handle on-site complaints and collect final payments
• Uphold safety standards and project timelines
• Participate in system testing and future supervisor training development
Performance Metrics:
• 95% of jobs completed on time
• 20% of jobs lead to upsells, referrals, or additional services
• Client issues resolved without escalation to the office
• High crew/subcontractor satisfaction
• CRM and system updates maintained daily
Required Qualifications:
• Experience in foundation repair, construction, or related home services industry
• Proven ability to manage field crews and subcontractors
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn
Working Conditions:
• Field-based role with travel to local job sites
• Requires use of company vehicle and mobile technology
• Must be available to respond to client and crew needs during working hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Benefits:
