Liquid Sunshine is the full-service, in-house creative marketing agency for Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) and its 125 leading beverage brands, including Dr Pepper, Snapple, Keurig, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, 7UP, Bai, A&W, Core, Canada Dry, and Schweppes. Our mission is to help grow KDP's iconic and refreshing brands with equally iconic and refreshing creative communications and experiences.

We are seeking a proven Proofreader to help lead Liquid Sunshine through an exciting new phase of growth in capabilities, brand assignments, and creative excellence. The position reports into the Sr. Proofreader for KDP and is based in the Dallas, TX area.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

o Collaborate with Print Producers, Project Managers, Associate Production Directors and print/premedia supplier and cross functional partners to ensure technical details of material are in compliance.

o Evaluate and proofread print production items, including presentation decks, packaging, POS, collateral, coupons, etc. for spelling, grammar and style, consistency in sizing, color and placement.

o Review nutrition information and ingredient statements, promotional rules, logo brand equities, and in some cases translations for correct usage.

o Review material against source documents, corporate, Legal and Regulatory/FDA guidelines. Reject items with no source document or art with errors for resolution prior to release.

o Troubleshoots and resolves non-compliance issues.

o Review supplier proof from premedia to ensure accuracy against files submitted.

o Monitor regulations pertaining to labeling and develops/maintains standard operating procedures. Keeps abreast of industry best practices.

Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

o Minimum of 3+ years of creative industry experience in proofreading, technical packaging proofing or equivalent experience.

o Bachelor's degree in Writing, Communications, Editing or other related field.

o Attention to detail required.

o Food and beverage industry experience, a bonus.
