Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner | Sonoma, California | 30 Hour Work Week

Celebrating 75 Years, Hanna Center is seeking a BE/BC PMHNP to join their new Coordinated Specialty Care Psychosis program starting early fall.

Nestled in the heart of Northern California's Wine Country, this community is known for its relaxed lifestyle, natural beauty, and vibrant culture. Hanna Center received a $1.9 million prestigious grant to open an early intervention program for Sonoma County.

Opportunity:
• 30-Hour Work Week - divided into 4 or 5 days
• Provide on-site delivery of psychiatric services to young individuals (ages 12-25) who meet the criteria for Clinical High-Risk Psychosis.
• Collaborate with an experienced team of specialists consisting of the Psychiatric Medical Director, Therapists, Case Managers, Employment and Education Specialists, Peer Support Specialists, and Family Support Specialists.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Seeking a provider with at least 5 years of experience practicing as a PMHNP.
• Experience in Psychosis or related disorders.
