About the role
We are looking for a Public Policy Analyst who is aligned with our company mission and has a good understanding of the EU institutions and policy making in Brussels. You will support the Public Policy & Government Affairs team with stakeholder engagement and outreach, event coordination, and market mapping / analytics. This is a great early stage career opportunity to join a dynamic company and build professional experience in Brussels.

Responsibilities
- Monitor the weekly EU legislative agenda and track all relevant legislative and policy updates with a view to assessing the potential impact on the business;
- Monitor, research and analyze policy and market trends with a view to ensuring the team is informed and coordinated;
- Attend EU regulatory / policy debates and external events as a representative of the company;
- Support the team with stakeholder outreach, including with civil society/NGOs and engagement on relevant issues;
- Organize advocacy events and supporting materials;

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Good understanding of the EU Institutions and the EU legislative process;
- Excellent communication skills, written and presentation.
- Analytical skills and an astute sense of issues/events of importance to the company;
- Highly adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced business environment and to deliver measurable results.

Preferred qualifications:
- Multilingual skills would be beneficial given the locality and nature of the work
