Job Description
Carle Health is seeking an additional BE/BC Pulmonary Medicine physician to join our growing Pulmonology team in Urbana, Illinois.
Opportunity Details
- 100% Pulmonary Disease position with inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
- Join an established and collegial team with 6 Pulmonary Disease physicians and three Advanced Practice Providers
- Call responsibilities will be divided equitably among the members of the Pulmonary Medicine department
- Our established Pulmonary Medicine program is known for its excellent work-life balance
- Strong respiratory therapy program with evidence-based ventilator protocols, capable of intubating and performing arterial lines
- New point of care Ultrasounds in the ICU. Bronchoscopy, EBUS, Navigational Bronchoscopy and Cryo available on unit

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $385,000 - $390,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
