CACI seeks a talented quality assurance analyst/tester to join our award-winning team supporting the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience building test automation framework from the ground up using the modular framework and design patterns like Page Object Model design pattern (POM).

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute automated test scripts
• Collaborate with QA Analysts and Software Developers to develop solutions
• Record problems and issues under the project's problem and issue management plans
• Document defects using the project's defect management tools
• Interact with subject matter experts regarding any issues they experience and be ready to solve them
• Ensure test quality through optimization of test efficiency and effectiveness
• Confirm that the test plans have been correctly implemented
• Responsible for the different documents linked to the definition, monitoring and control of test and acceptance test activities
• Recommends quality improvement initiatives for future application releases.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends

You'll Bring These Skills

• Writing and maintaining automated UI and APIs tests written in Java, JavaScript, C#, VB.net and Python using various open-source testing libraries like Selenium, Cypress, REST Assured, etc.
• Hands-on Experience in OOPs languages like Java, C# and scripting languages like Python, Perl, Shell, Bash, etc.
• Hands-on experience with one or more querying languages such as SQL (preferred), Oracle, MySQL
• Experience deploying applications in Azure
• Experience working in distributed agile teams using agile frameworks such as SCRUM, etc.
• Hands-on Experience working with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, QAComplete, MS AZURE and Circle CI.
• Able to independently create and maintain automation test jobs using tools such as Azure.
• Experience with testing tools (e.g., TestComplete and SmartBear testing tools is a big plus)
• Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and evolving technologies.

You'll Bring These Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software development, or a related field or experience
• At least 8 years of previous experience as a test automation engineer
• 5+ years of system testing experience in manual testing
• Good understanding of programming languages like Java, SQL, HTML, C, Python, Perl, CSS, or XML
• Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills
• Highly accurate and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with Agile & DevOps methodologies
• Excellent reporting, time management, analytical & communication skills
• Knowledge of test management tools

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $62,200-$130,600. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
