What You'll Do

• Ensuring overall quality of the deliverables and test sign off will be the key responsibility.
• Responsible for directing the QA leadership team.
• Provide leadership and technical expertise within Test Automation and Quality Assurance.
• Monitoring of all the QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis and identifying areas of improvement. Implement steps required to improve the processes.
• Work with different groups like Ops, Software Development, Pre-sales to develop and execute QA strategies to meet and exceed department and corporate quality goals.

What You Know

• Over 6+ years of experience in software testing and test automation
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in agile projects
• In depth knowledge of test automation using Selenium
• Good knowledge in web service testing using Rest Assured
• Decent SQL and Database Testing skills
• Strong Skills in API Testing
• Hands on in Performance testing using any tools like Apache JMeter
• Experience in development of test automation framework as Data driven/Keyword driven/Hybrid/POM. Should have developed 1 or more automation frameworks from scratch.
• Highly motivated, with a proven ability to work on own initiative within a challenging work environment.
• Strong team player with good organization, planning and leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral/written communication & influencing skills
• Exceptional presentation, business writing and professional standards Good analytical, diagnostic and creative problem solving skills.
• Must Have - Automation with Java, test framework, QA process & tools like Selenium, Jenkins, Maven.
• Good to have Junits, API testing and RESTAssured.

Education

• A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
