QA Test Lead withSuccessFactors and SAP ECC, Payroll

Infosys is seeking an SDET Test Lead with SuccessFactors and SAP ECC, Payroll. As a QA SDET Lead, you will act as a technical expert in validation and quality assurance to deliver high quality software leveraging automation techniques. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design, develop, and maintain automation testing frameworks and scripts. Lead project quality through rigorous testing and validation. You will also be required to design team enablement plan, work with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality deliverables. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Vancouver or be willing to relocate to the area.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 5 SuccessFactors and SAP ECC, Payroll
• Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.
• Experience in understanding the product, analyzing user stories, performing data analysis, developing test scenario
• Very good understanding of the Software Test life cycle activities through practice in multiple Projects
• Open Text Integration with SuccessFactors.
• SuccessFactors and SAP ECC, Payroll
• Experience with Taleo.
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be: British Columbia: $81627 to $116670
