Quality Assurance Lead and Scrum master

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Lead and Scrum master to join our team. As an assertive Quality Assurance Lead and Scrum master, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our solutions. You will own the testing process across the entire ecosystem, analyze the overall system design and streamline testing for developers and business developers. Your role will be critical in maintaining the quality of our solutions and contributing to our dynamic team. 

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure the quality and functionality of our products;

• Own and take complete responsibility for testing across multiple solutions, from initial design stages to final release;

• Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team to identify quality requirements and ensure alignment throughout development;

• Optimize testing processes and improve product quality by leveraging your solid system design and architecture understanding;

• Perform manual and automated testing, including regression, performance, and usability testing, to identify defects and issues;

• Continuously monitor and improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and efficiency;

• Dedicate 20-25% of your time to being a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and promoting team efficiency.

Must have

• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English and Latvian, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment;

• Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion;

• Proven experience in quality assurance and software testing, preferably in a fast-paced environment;

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies;

• With a background in software testing within an enterprise and having a fundamental understanding of system design with the ability to provide insights and recommendations for improving product quality;

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with CLIs and scripting is preferred but not required.

• Monthly salary: €3150 – €4500 gross depending on your qualifications;
