Job Description

Position Description: Major/ Key Accountabilities: •Accurate data collection and reporting for customer complaints and audit results. •Data record retention to allow historical analysis. •Optimize reporting processes, systems and tools •Provide analysis to identify opportunities and insights for Quality improvement. Qualifications: •Bachelor´s or Master degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field Six Sigma trained. Experience: •Experience in data management (big data) •Expert in Excel including VBA, Power BI •Good understanding of major Microsoft products. •SharePoint or web based IT skills needed. •Knowledge and experience of quality principles. •Worked in a quality environment .
