How you'll make an impact:

• Coordination of Quality management systems (QMS) of the entire location

• Coordination of the internal and external system audits, customer audits and Turkak accreditation audits

• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English

• ISO 90011 Internal auditor, VDA 6.3 Process auditor

• Management of Internal audits and follow-up measures

• Management of procedures and documentation according to global and local procedures and Global standards

• Coordination and reporting of the quality figures to Factory QM and follow up measures

• Experienced in quality and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. 8D, DMAIC, 5Why, A3, Poka-Yoke,) and have practical hands-on technical problem-solving experience

Your Background:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering

• Experienced with IEC 60076, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Iso 27001, ISO/IEC 17025 standards

• Min. 5 years of overall experience in similar positions

• SharePoint, QDMS and SAP knowledge is must

• Experience in internal and external system audits, customer audits, ISO 9001 and VDA6.3 process audit

• Implement, audit, consistently apply and sustain the local Quality Management System and suggest system improvements

• Develop and manage control plans for manufacturing processes

• Assure compliance with all external and internal regulations, specifications and standard work

• Strong knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)

• Experience in Turkak audit process and ability to manage documentation according to TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard

• Ability to work independently and as well as in a team

• No military service obligation for male candidates
