Loan Repayment Assistance Program up to $20,000 Lifetime: The Imaging Loan Repayment Assistance Program provides financial support to our Mercy Imaging co-workers in a 24X7 hospital based eligible position who are in a .4 FTE and above, working 32 hours or more per pay period. The program offers monthly payments made directly to the loan servicer up to the amount of $370 per month and up to $20,000 for a lifetime maximum.?Β
Overview:
Β
Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures at a technically accepted level. Assume responsibility for procedures performed. Communicate with patients, families and other employees in a caring, friendly manner. Performs related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program and completed required clinical hours. High school graduate or equivalent.Β
- Licensure: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice. If practicing in Arkansas, a Radiologic Technologist License is required.Experience: Has acquired experience and possesses capability as determined to be adequate for the position.
- Certification/Registration: ARRT registry or registry eligible Achieved registry within 6 months of hire or within 1 year in Arkansas.
- Other: Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Proficient at performing radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures. Possess good communication and patient care skills. Self-motivated, with a positive attitude.
- Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements: This individual must be capable of: manipulating x-ray equipment, including mobile and other equipment; carrying cassettes; selecting and manipulating exposure factors; evaluating radiographs; lifting, moving, and transporting patients; continual standing and walking; recognizing emergency situations; adapting to stressful situations; communicating effectively.
- Equipment Used: Radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment, image processing, and computers.
- Preferred Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
- Preferred Licensure: Additional, state specific, licensure may be required.
