Tevpro is seeking aReact Engineer*to join our growing engineering team in Houston, TX. As a Tevpro React Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to work with the World’s Most Recognized Brands and be at the forefront of driving a major transformation. β€’ In this role, you will architect, build, and maintain complex web applications using React and modern JavaScript. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Design and implement clean, efficient, and reusable React components. β€’ Translate UI/UX designs into functional, responsive web interfaces. β€’ Optimize performance for web applications across a wide range of devices and browsers. β€’ Integrate with RESTful APIs. β€’ Write unit and integration tests using tools like Jest, Testing Library, or Playwright. β€’ Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards across the team.Requirements: β€’ Work in person one (1) day a week at our Houston offices (1000 N Post Oak Road, Houston, TX 77055). β€’ 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development. β€’ 3+ years of hands-on experience with React, Hooks, and modern state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or Context API). β€’ Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS. β€’ Experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Rollup) and bundling strategies. β€’ Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and Git-based version control. β€’ Proven experience building responsive and accessible (WCAG-compliant) interfaces. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications: β€’ Experience with server-side rendering (Next.js) or static site generators. β€’ Familiarity with component libraries like Storybook, Shadcn, etc. β€’ Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Vitest, or Playwright. β€’ Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker).What We Offer: β€’ Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. β€’ Flexible working hours and remote work options. β€’ Professional development budget. β€’ Health, dental, and vision insurance. β€’ Generous PTO and parental leave.
