ReactJS Lead Developer

Infosys is seeking a ReactJS Lead Developer with AWS and Microsoft Windows experience. The position will primarily be responsible for providing solutions on the Dealer Digital systems / processes as per customer's requirements. The selected candidate be able to Lead requirements elicitation, Create Application Architecture Document (AAD), Create Design Artifacts, Review team deliverables, Deliver High quality codes, Support Deployment and Post deployment related activities, Support Transition activities, Interface with internal team and key stakeholders, Analyze and resolve issues to ensure high quality deliverables at each stage of SDLC within the defined guidelines, policies and Norms.

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Plano, TX or be willing to relocate to the area prior to Onboarding. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 Years of related experience in Information Technology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading application UI team ( minimum 6 - 8 members ) for AWS target environment (Web/Mobile/Desktop applications)
• Excellent in designing and writing code for UI development using ReactJS
• Strong understanding and work experience of 4+ years in JavaScript, Typescript
• Demonstrated In Depth knowledge & work experience in ReactJS & UX Design
• Demonstrated experience with Agile or other rapid application development methods.
• Ability to transform complex business requirements into UX design specifications.
• Experience in DevOps methodologies and Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Delivery (CD) tools (Jenkins) Infrastructure.
• Expertise in source control and deployment tools like GIT hub, Jenkins, etc.

• Work experience of 2 years in Microservice architecture or NodeJS is preferred.
• Experience in AWS developer tools, SDK, CLI tools, VPC, EC2, EBS, S3, ELB, Auto scaling, Elastic Beanstalk, IAM, RDS, Route 53, Cloud Front, Cloud watch, Cloud Trail is preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Capable of adapting to modern technologies and learning new tools and applications and Flexible as per the project need.
• Experience managing team size of 2-3 would be a plus.
